Learn how we transformed Conforama’s eCommerce with eCommerce Cloud, integrating Klarna payments, click & collect, personalized checkout, and optimized performance with Fastly and Redis.
The project for Conforama, implemented on Adobe Commerce Cloud, transformed the online shopping experience by integrating a number of advanced features to optimize both product management and the customer journey.

Klarna Payments
We have integrated the Klarna payment method, which allows users to choose flexible payment options, such as paying in installments or at a later date, improving the conversion rate.

Custom Checkout
We have customized the checkout experience using Amasty Shipping Restriction. Users can now choose from several shipping options, including convenient Click & Collect, and request additional services such as assembly, with costs calculated automatically.
In addition, the new checkout includes responsible WEEE management, allowing customers to properly dispose of old appliances.

Optimization with Two Level Redis Cache and Fastly
Using a sophisticated cache configuration (Redis and Fastly), we have greatly improved the user experience, ensuring smooth and responsive browsing, even under high load conditions.

Custom filters and product management
We have implemented an advanced filtering system that allows users to select products based on multiple criteria (price, category, availability) and the ability to purchase certain products only online or even in store.
The site also supports configurable and grouped products, such as the “Volterra Modular Living Room,” which offers high customization. The online booking function completes the offering, allowing customers to request customized consultations.

Integration with Splio and customer retention
The Splio platform, which connects directly with the existing CRM, was integrated to manage the loyalty program, providing customers with an optimal and personalized loyalty experience.
Custom forms and integrations to enhance user experience
The eCommerce has been enhanced by various integrations and customized modules to improve navigation and customer service. Some of the most relevant ones include:
- Adobe Product Recommendations module integrated into PageBuilder, for automatic suggestions of related and alternative products directly on product pages.
- Zendesk module to provide efficient and immediate customer support.
- Store locator to help customers find their nearest Conforama store.
- Management of “My Confocard”, allowing customers to track the benefits of their loyalty card.
