Caleffi is a project developed with Adobe Commerce enterprise version of Magento 2, an eCommerce platform recommended for complex projects.
The Caleffi Online site was developed on Adobe Commerce, with focus scalability and customization.

The Caleffi Online site was developed on Adobe Commerce (Magento), offering a complete, scalable and customizable eCommerce platform for selling high-quality linens. With a focus on Italian-made design and a variety of advanced features, Caleffi has improved the shopping experience for customers in both the retail and hospitality sectors.

Store Pickup and Amasty Payment Restriction
To provide an even more personalized shopping experience, we have integrated a Store Locator system that allows customers to easily locate the nearest store and conveniently choose in-store pickup. In addition, with the Amasty Payment Restriction module, we have streamlined the checkout process, proposing the most suitable payment methods for each
situation, for a smooth shopping experience.

Cache optimization and high performance with Fastly
For a pleasant and fast browsing experience, we have implemented advanced caching with Fastly, which results in instant page loads, even during busy times. In addition, thanks to automatic image optimization with Fastly Image Optimizer, each visual element is loaded at maximum speed, ensuring a smooth browsing experience on any device.

Advanced features in the shopping cart and customization of recommendations
We have integrated the Product Recommendations of Adobe directly within the Page Builder, allowing the creation of category landing pages with automatic product recommendations. The same recommendations are also displayed in the shopping cart, improving
cross-selling and increasing the average order value.

Integrations with blog, Trustpilot and loyalty system
The site includes an integrated blog, optimized to improve SEO and offer useful and inspirational content for customers. We also implemented the Trustpilot review system, which allows customers to leave feedback and increase trust toward the brand.
To incentivize purchases, a loyalty points system was added, which allows customers to accumulate points with the purchase of certain products, offering discounts and benefits.

Product customization and advanced navigation
The site offers customers the ability to modify products through customizable options.
In addition, the Zakeke Product Customization module is integrated to enable advanced product customization, providing the ability to view changes applied to their items in real time.

SAS catalog and integration with Adobe Sensei for intelligent recommendations
By integrating our advanced SAS catalog management system with Adobe Sensei (Adobe’s artificial intelligence that analyzes item data), we have improved the accuracy of recommendations and optimized the shopping experience, increasing customer engagement and conversion rates.

- Wyomind Estimate Delivery Date: shows the estimated delivery date, improving transparency and the shopping experience.
